New Glasgow is launching a Clean Energy Financing program. This is low interest financing to pay for energy efficiency upgrades to your home. It’s an investment in your home that pays for itself. You pay the Town back over a 10-year period, through the energy cost savings from the upgrades. The cost is applied to your tax bill, and the program is attached to your home, meaning the debt does not belong to you as an individual! All the Efficiency NS rebates are applied through this program!
