We will likely not get such a Downpour/Flood in Menzies as recently happened in tropical Qld. People in Victoria already can not get houses insured (perhaps for potential Bush Fire reasons) Lack of INSURANCE might be one of the first climate change Events that impact people here.🚨 We need a solution & fast in Menzies. Gov't can offer basic insurance cover perhaps as private Insurance pulls out as in California Fires recently. Houses in Dandenong ranges are sitting ducks as might M'ham homes be.
